As you know I was in Nebraska for an engagement session on Saturday and let me tell you I had been waiting for this session since they booked me way back in November ’07. I have known Chris since we were little kids, our families are long time friends and we all went to the same church. Our families would get together for picnics and the 4th of July and all sorts of church activities. It had been awhile since I had seen Chris so I wasn’t sure how he was going to do at their session. Thought that he might give me a hard time! Chris you did awesome! Erin and I have been sending tons of emails back and forth over the last 6 months and hadn’t even talked face to face yet about their wedding so it was nice to sit down and talk to her about the plans that they have made. I can not wait until Aug. 30 for your wedding day, it’s going to be beautiful and so much fun!

If you know me you know that I love black and white images but this session is different for me, most of it is in color. I loved the locations we had and the colors they wore that I couldn’t turn them black and white, I only did a few this time.
