Brenda Landrum Photographer

I am always looking to other industries for inspiration for my own work.  I usually turn to commercial photography for that push to go outside of my box.  I love to watch what Chase Jarvis is doing and today I found an insane video on his blog about a filmmaker who is using an incredible Cineflex camera…..video.  It’s AWESOME!!  The rig that he has with this camera mounted to a pick up truck and to a helicopter is amazing.

So today I am going to expose you to something different then portrait photography.  Enjoy!!

I love Color Me Katie!  I haven’t been to her site in awhile and decided to venture over there and see what was new.  I love this project and definitely watch the video of it all together.  Her creativity is so much fun!  Enjoy!

Live Blogging

I found this project through another photographers website and just had to take a look.  This concept is so much fun!  If I was only brave enough to pull something like this off, photographing pure strangers on the street is really hard.  These are wonderful and for her to be so patient to wait for the right person to walk by that matches up with her creation.  You should go to her site and see more of these images and then watch the little documentary video of her talking about how she does it.

I somehow stumbled across this website while in Facebook.  I am completely in awe of the images that this photographer has created.  She is a young photographer of 20 and has only been doing photography for 2 years.  Her images are just beautiful!  You must browse over to her website and blog to see what I am talking about.  To get your attention here are a few images of hers!
