Yesterday and today I have been attending an online live course that creativeLIVE is hosting for 5 days. They are hosting one of my favorite wedding photographer’s Jasmine Star and so far everything has been beyond amazing! She has been talking about how she does business and I am so inspired!! I have never wanted to shoot my images like hers but I really respect how real she is about everything. The mistakes that she has made, admitting that she does not know everything, and her openness to answer questions from a pretty tough audience. Photographer’s can be pretty brutal sometimes, well most of the time. We are very protective, territorial if you will. So to watch her open up and be real is a breath of fresh air.
Very soon she is going to be doing a live shoot and I’m beyond excited to watch her! For me….this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I’m soaking it all in!!!
The internet is such an amazing thing when I can learn from my fave wedding photographer on my laptop, live, in my dinning room.
