Amanda + Brad :: Scottsbluff Engagement Photographer

Last weekend was busy for me, I had 2 engagement sessions in Nebraska and I tell you they all did such a wonderful job!  They made my job so much fun and very easy!!!

I met up with Amanda and Brad on Sunday, we had a little better weather but the wind was threatening our 3pm session.  So in my very professional way I sent Amanda a text at like 7:30am asking if they would meet me at 9am!  We agreed on 9:30am and I was very very happy later that day that we did because even by the end of our session the wind was picking up and it just got worse as the day went on.  I also came to find out that poor Brad works the night shift and just crawled into bed when Amanda let him know that I wanted to do it ealier.  For no sleep, Brad you did awesome!!!

There is a bit of history with Brad and I, his mom use to babysit my brother and I in the summer.  I remember Brad and my brother setting fires and getting into all sorts of trouble.  I haven’t seen him since then (I don’t think) and so it was funny to recognize him when they walked up.  He however didn’t realize who Brenda Landrum was until his mom let him know after they already booked me for their wedding.  It was fun to see him ‘all grown up’ and to catch up with him a bit!!!

Now Amanda let me know that she didn’t think she was very good in front of the camera but was very pleased with how easy I had made it for her.  My goal of course!  Well watch out because she ROCKED IT!  I think she found her va-va-voom because her images look amazing!  I hope you think differently now Amanda!!!

Thank you guys for meeting with me so much earlier and for trusting me with my ‘top secret location’!  You guys did an amazing job and I can’t wait for your wedding in June!

The slideshow will be posted tomorrow so check back to see more images!

We started in Centennial Park.

Amanda’s ring has their birth stones included which I thought was really cool.  They both have January birthdays!

Love this shot!

I really like this image.  Just something about it that draws you in.

Like WHOA!

I took them to my secret location and Amanda………ROCKED THIS IMAGE OUT!!!

Work it girl!  ;)

Brad did awesome as well!  Must of been my location that let them relax a bit!

Love love love love love!

I started to tease them a bit about having a ‘kissy’ picture.  I loved their reaction, a little embarrassed!

Laid back and handsome.

Adore!  The movement of them walking, Amanda’s hair, and the true love between them!

Beautiful!

Then I got it!  The kissy pictures!  The very last shots of our shoot and so cute how they started laughing at the end.

Check back tomorrow for the slideshow!!!

Amanda & Brad Reuter - Working with you Brenda was really great. You made the engagement session so easy and comfortable. The wind that day was bad but you where still able to get really great shots. We love the pictures from the park but our favort images come from the secret location. You were so easy going when it came to rescheduling, twice, due to the weather this year.
